INSTRUCTIONS:
Paint your nails a background color. Let dry.
Remove plastic film over decals
Cut out the decal(s) that you
want to use.
Place decal and paper backing into cup
of water for about 10 – 20 seconds.
Moisten the nail surface; slide the decal from
the paper backing and position it onto your nail.
Press into place.
Use a paper towel to remove excess water
from your nail. Let dry.
When dry, apply your favorite top coat to
seal the design.
